Job: Central Booking Co-ordinator

Contract: Permanent

Based: Ashford, Kent

Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £25k - £30k per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Central Booking Co-ordinator based at our depot in Ashford, Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are booked in efficiently and schedules are maintained for our Ashford, Aylesham and Sevenoaks depots.

Key responsibilities include: -

• Set up new vehicle service plans
• Book regular scheduled maintenance events
• Ensure reminders for bookings are sent out to customers
• Check contract expiry dates to make sure the last MOT and main services are done before contract ends
• Book annual MOTs and maintain MOT register
• Accurately maintain customer files and customer accounts
• Liaise with depot managers regarding other maintenance events
• Update databases with contract and warranty information.
• Check for any recalls against vehicles and parts availability

• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service, at all times

Preferable Qualities include:-

• Knowledge of DAFcheck and Kerridge
• Previous motor trade experience
