What you will learn?
- Customer Service: Take and process orders from technicians and customers (in person and over the phone).
- Parts Management: Identify, source, and supply parts (including non-franchise items).
- Stock Control: Receive, check, and manage deliveries and warehouse inventory.
- Administration: Invoice and credit parts, maintain accurate records.
- General Duties: Ad hoc deliveries, maintain a safe working environment.

What we’re looking for:
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).

- Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions.
