Job: Service Administrator

Contract: Permanent

Based: Sevenoaks

Hours: 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings where required

Salary: Dependent on skills and experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to support our busy Service team at our Sevenoaks depot.

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Dealing with customers in person and on the telephone regarding repairs
  • Following up final order numbers via telephone and email
  • Processing of sublet invoices
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with new and existing clients
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries
  • General service administration tasks, including administrating the Authorised Testing Facility (ATF) lane
  • Filing of job cards
  • Assisting with invoicing and Service reception

Essential Qualities include:-

  • Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Email
  • Experience of working in an administration role
  • Experience of dealing with customers on the telephone and face to face
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills including written, face to face and telephone, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff including Directors
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Strong planning, scheduling and follow-up skills
  • Ability to promote and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work well under pressure and use own initiative
  • Good organisational and problem solving skills
  • Literacy and Numeracy skills
  • Accurate with attention to detail
  • Confident and professional manner
Desirable Qualities include:-
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C/4 (or equivalent)
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry with an understanding of vehicles
  • Knowledge of Kerridge system
  • Experience/knowledge of processing invoices
  • Service Reception experience
