New Nissan NV200 Van

The assured, economical engines, excellent driving dynamics and compact dimensions of the NV 200 make the small panel van an agile and practical ally for any business.

Overview

At the same time, its large and versatile cargo volume of over four cubic metres and 740kg payload make it strong and spacious enough for bulky and heavy loads.

A high level of standard equipment and comfortable interior also ensures comfort and convenience for the occupants.

Specification

Powered by a 1.5 litre diesel engine supplying either 90PS or 110PS, the NV200 gives drivers access to a huge amount torque at low speeds, meaning that carrying heavy cargo has little effect on performance.

The dCi unit also provides excellent fuel efficiency and low carbon emissions, recording a combined 56.5mpg and 131g/km* - well within Euro 5 emissions standards.

A turning circle of just 10.6 metres makes the NV 200 particularly useful in congested streets or depots. Meanwhile the loading area, as well as providing 4.2 cubic metres of space, is two metres in length – allowing for the storage of lengthier items.

*Results given for the 90PS dCi diesel engine – 110PS variant returns 54.3mpg and 136g/km.

Technology

The Visia, Acenta and Tekna specifications of the NV 200 all offer 13 different storage options as standard, as well as twin sliding side load doors, a trip computer, remote central locking, MP3 and Bluetooth connectivity, and a USB port.

Air conditioning comes as standard on the Tekna models and a rear-view parking camera is standard both on the Acenta and Tekna models; the latter also comes with cruise control and speed limiter options as standard.

The array of active and passive safety measures found on all versions of the NV 200 provide outstanding all-round protection for the occupants. A full steel bulkhead and driver airbags are standard equipment, along with active safety measures include ABS brakes and an Electronic Brakeforce Distribution system that directs torque in a way that prevents any loss of control.

Buyers of the Acenta and Tekna models can also choose the Safety Pack, which includes an Electronic Stability Programme, a passenger airbag, front fog lamps, and heated outside mirrors – additional equipment that only adds to the numerous protective measures that come with all specifications.
